Does everyone receive 100% commission ? Are there splits? Yes. Each and Every Saleperson receives 100% commission without exception. No, we do not have splits, you keep 100% of your commission.
What’s the catch? What hidden fees are you not disclosing? Absolutely none. You will not pay anything above your monthly dues and per transaction fee. You will not see additional charges for copies, faxes, brokerage technology, or anything else. If we wanted to make money on those items we’d open a Copy Store.

Are my commissions safe? Of course, all commission are held in a Commission Trust Account at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions and insured through the RECO insurance program. In addition the company is backed by financially sound high net worth shareholders.
Are you a discount broker? No. The YCR model is based on low monthly dues and per transaction fees, not gross commissions, therefore all commissions earned are yours. All YCR Salespeople have the freedom to compete. We do however recommend that the cooperating brokerage is offered a commission rate that is typical for the area.
Can I decide what commission rate to charge my clients? Yes. At YCR you always have the right to determine what commission is to be charged on any transaction without the need to get our approval.
How are office leads handled. We receive leads from a variety of sources including our websites, offices and traditional channels. These leads are distributed to all YCR salespersons evenly by a computer program ensuring no one person is favoured.
If I have to reduce my commission to obtain a deal, do I need permission to do so? No, no permission is needed.
Will I receive any Broker Assistance? Absolutely, as little or as much as you need. We are here to support you and are available when you need us, no matter what the concern.

I am a brand new agent. Shouldn’t I go to a larger, national firm for training? We believe our training is the best anywhere and stacks up against any company's training. We focus on making our training appropriate and applicable. We train agents in the legal aspects of contracts and addenda yet also focus on the aspects of residnential real estate that allow you to obtain and retain listing and selling prospects; plus we are one of Canada's Largest Independent Brokerages!
